Please RSVP by July 31st, 2026 to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume you are unable to attend. We will miss celebrating with you, but we have to provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time frames they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/(https://withjoy.com/blog/semi-formal-wedding-attire/)cocktail attire. Think midi or floor length cocktail dresses/pantsuits and a suit and tie or a sports coat. In keeping with our late-fall spooky theme, please consider wearing black, reds, or darker, fall-inspired colors like burgundy and emerald green. We ask that you avoid all shades of white, cream, ivory, or anything that could appear white.

Both the ceremony and the reception will be taking place at the Greenpoint Loft.

The Greenpoint Loft is located off of the Greenpoint Ave station on the G train. Train and bus routes can be conveniently viewed on either google maps or the CityMapper app. If you're staying in Brooklyn or Manhattan, an Uber or Lyft will get you there as well!

No, transportation will not be provided to the venue. However, it is easily accessible by public transportation, taxi or rideshare services.

As we live in NYC, there are tons of hotels and airbnbs available. We know everyone has different preferences for their accommodations, so on the Travel page of this website we have provided some suggestions and will leave the rest up to you! If you need any additional help please feel free to reach out to us.

While there is no parking garage or onsite parking attached to the venue, there is a nearby parking garage that will be available to guests who are driving: MPG Parking, located at 21 India Street, which is open 24 hours.

You should arrive no later than 4:15 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. Prior to the ceremony, the bar will be open, so settle in, have a cocktail and mingle with the other guests. Please ensure you have plenty of time to find parking and settle in, as we will not be allowing late entries to interrupt the ceremony. Thank you!

The Greenpoint Loft is an indoor venue with an attached outdoor roof deck that offers a very beautiful view of the city. Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place in the indoor areas of the venue, and the roof deck will be available to all during cocktail hour and the reception.

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby.  Guests can head first to the bar to grab a beverage, and then should migrate upstairs to the second story loft area and outdoor patio to take in a view of the city and munch on some cheese and charcuterie.

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be silenced and put away. We would love for everyone to be fully present with us when we say "I Do". Our amazing photographer Kendall will capture the photos from the ceremony that will be shared with everyone as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, please take as many photos as you'd like! We would love to have you help us capture as many memories from the day as you can. We will also be providing a QR code for everyone to add pictures to a shared album, disposable cameras, and polaroids.

The first two rows of chairs will be reserved for immediate family and closest friends. Signs will show which seats are reserved with the names of the guests. All other seats are open and we encourage both sides of our friends and family to mix and fill in wherever they like.

In an effort to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, we are only able to accommodate those specifically listed on your wedding invitation. If you have been given a guest/plus one they will appear under your name when you go to RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please reach out with any questions!

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Tacos by the amazing El Toro Rojo food truck will be served on site! Taco options will include, birria, chicken, al pastor and veggie. There will also be delicious sides like esquites, nixtamal tortilla chips and fresh guacamole. Trust us, these are the best tacos we've ever had!

We're keeping it simple and delicious with our street-food style menu, so vegetarian tacos will be available for any veg-heads. However, if you require any additional dietary restrictions please contact us ahead of time so we can coordinate with our caterer.

Yes! We will have beer/ wine/ cocktails and plenty of N/A options available. As Ciara has been bartending in the industry for years, we are hiring close friends and trusted bar staff to bartend our event. Please be kind, and treat them the best as they are excellent bartenders and dear friends to us! While it will be an open bar, you are encouraged to bring cash to tip the bartenders for their hard work.

Yes! There will be a welcome gathering the day before the wedding (Wednesday, October 28th) as well as an after party after the wedding. We are still in the process of locking down those events, so check back for details.

While gifts are not expected, especially if you're traveling a significant distance to be here to celebrate with us, we did set up a Honeyfund for anyone who would like to contribute. We will also have a card box at our reception.
